We use a professional cleaning company and best practise pre check-in inspections, as well as hotel quality linens and toiletries.

If you are an overseas investor or own a new property in NZ, we can provide a bespoke set up and full home styling service. Take advantage of our supplier discounts and remove any hassle.

Discuss what is required to get the property online. Agree on nightly rate.

Take photos and collate listing information. Put property on all six booking channels.

Yes we can do everything to set up the property to make things easier for you.  From purchasing the items required to decorating and accessorising if necessary to buying beds, furniture and artwork. Costs depend on the size and condition of the property.

Again, depending on the size and condition of the property it can take from a week to as long as a month if redecoration or repairs are required.

Although we charge for our time (varies based on the property) we do not charge extra for the items we purchase on your behalf. You pay what we pay but you can take advantage of our excellent commercial discounts.

There is no restriction on how often owners can use the property – it is your property after all! We will give you access to an owners portal which will allow you to book out dates for your own use yourself. The only cost to you would be a cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
